Bishop’s Cleeve Community Building is situated in the heart of the Village, next to the public Library within the "Tesco car park" area. It has two rooms available to hire with a small kitchenette.

Room 1- Licensed for 130 Standing / Close seated or 65 Open seated

Room 2 - Licensed for 50 Standing / Close seated or 25 Open seat

The Parish Office is situated at the opposite side of the Tesco car park and has meeting rooms available to hire for meetings, training and information sharing purposes. Coffee and Tea can be provided. There is a large meeting room available which seats up to 20 people open seating or 40 people closed seating and a small meeting room which seats 6 people. There is also a foyer area where exhibitions can be held.

Room Hire Rates for 2010/11

Room 1 £9.00 per hour

Room 2 £6.00 per hour

Additionally there is a charge of 10% of the hire fee in respect of insurance for those users who do not have their own public liability insurance
