The Amenities committee is responsible for many of the bus shelters around the village, also the notice boards, litter and dog bins.   If you know of a dog or litter bin location that is not on the map, please contact the Parish Office  It also provides dog bags that are available at a small charge. It has taken on the responsibility of locking and unlocking the Cemetery in Kayte Lane, from the Borough Council.  It  communicates local concerns and knowledge to the County Council regarding traffic matters affecting the Village.    A series of leaflets are being published by the Parish Council to provide information on WHAT'S AVAILABLE in the village.  The first one is now available and features What's available for older people.  Click on the link to download or call in to the Parish Office to collect one.
 

The management of The Cemetery in Kayte Lane, Bishop's Cleeve is under the control of Tewkesbury Borough Council.  The Parish Council volunteered to lock and unlock the vehicle gates on a daily basis, when the Borough Council were going to stop this service due to budget constraints.  If there are any problems with the gates please contact the Parish Office or see the emergency contact numbers on display at the cemetery.  Until future notice, the pedestrian gate remains unlocked and the vehicle gates are unlocked during the following hours 9am - 7pm (during British Summer Time) and 9am - 5pm (Winter)

Parking Offences and Appeal
The Parish council does not deal with parking tickets. If you have any issues please contact Tewkesbury Borough Council.
  There are strict legal procedures for dealing with appeals against the issue of a parking ticket and important deadlines for you to consider.
